How to Get Treatment Without Having to Bring a JKN-KIS Physical Card
For people who are registered as JKN-KIS participants, usually when they want to seek treatment, whether at the puskesmas or hospital, they have to show their physical JKN-KIS card to get the service.
But for now, when you want to go to the puskesmas or hospital for treatment, you don’t have to show your physical JKN-KIS card, because you can just show your JKN-KIS card via the JKN mobile application.
The JKN mobile application has provided a participant card feature that can be used for treatment without having to show a physical card. If you don’t know how to access the participant card feature, please refer to the following tutorial until it’s finished.
1. Open the app mobile JKN on your cellphone, then tap log in/register.
2. Tap enter.
3. In the select identity type column, please select NIK. Furthermore, enter 16 NIK digits, passwordand captcha. If all data is complete, tap enter.
4. If you have successfully logged in, you will get a notification regarding the health calculator feature, please tap the HP screen you.
5. If a pop-up appears updating the terms and conditions of the JKN-KIS program service, please tap it back icon on your cellphone.
6. If you have entered the JKN mobile application homepage, tap participant card.
7. Tap down arrow.
8. Choose your JKN-KIS card.
9. If the JKN-KIS card has been issued, please show the card to the health worker without having to physically show the JKN-KIS card.
Through the tutorial delivered, you no longer need to carry a physical JKN-KIS card, because you can simply show your participant card via the JKN mobile application to the local health officer when you want to seek treatment.
