How to Register for Puskesmas Queues on the JKN Mobile Application
The presence of the JKN mobile application makes it easier for Indonesian citizens to seek treatment, one of which is making it easier to get a queue number at the puskesmas.

1. Login to the app mobile JKN you, then select service registration (line).
2. Select first level facility.
3. Select participant name who want to be treated, then select poly, list dateAnd select schedule visit.
4. Enter a complaint according to the condition of the person who wants to be treated. If you have entered a complaint, please tap it save.
5. The following is the result where the queue number was successfully obtained.
When you have registered via the JKN mobile application, you no longer need to queue manually. In fact, you can be served immediately when you are the only patient who registers online on the JKN mobile application.
But if there are other patients who also register via the JKN mobile application, of course you also have to queue according to the queue number. But please note, online queues are not too long when compared to manual queues.
Puskesmas is the first level health facility, so patients are advised to seek treatment at the puskesmas first. When you have gone to the puskesmas for treatment, but the patient does not improve, then the patient will be referred to the hospital.
