When you have registered via the JKN mobile application, you no longer need to queue manually. In fact, you can be served immediately when you are the only patient who registers online on the JKN mobile application.

But if there are other patients who also register via the JKN mobile application, of course you also have to queue according to the queue number. But please note, online queues are not too long when compared to manual queues.

Puskesmas is the first level health facility, so patients are advised to seek treatment at the puskesmas first. When you have gone to the puskesmas for treatment, but the patient does not improve, then the patient will be referred to the hospital.
